How to Replace one of Yours
The fender liner is a big piece of rubber and on the passenger side I broke all the lower bolts trying to remove them. On the driver side I only broke one. To compensate for the broken bolt and save the time necessary to drill and retap the mounting holes I made some small straps shown in the photos that went in the front of the liner and at the rear behind the heavy mounting bar. The straps are made from perforated and galvanized steel strap material found at Lowes or Home Depot.
